Version 1.0.2 released on 21.11.2007, size 580 KB. It works on any Windows system with DotNet2 and DirectX 9 (or newer). You can download the DotNet2 redistributable archive from Microsoft.

To install the program, just run the downloaded file.

Description

Moper is a simple plain movie player.

Important features:

Only full-screen user interface, and auto-fit movie to screen.
Simple control toolbar (at the bottom).
Lots of shortcuts ("F1" for help).
Movie zoom from 100% to 200% (use "Ctrl + Up" and "Ctrl + Down" to zoom in and out).
Playlist saved between work sessions.
Movie history which saves the time where a movie was closed.
Subtitles (SRT format), but only in a separate window for now (this means that the subtitles appear on a black rectangle, instead of directly on the movie).

Created a work-around for a bug in DotNet which causes movie resources to not be released.

Movies are saved to history only if their duration if at least 30 minutes.
