Protection of children

Privacy is very important to me. I want you to have a positive experience with my website and my programs.

Certain information is necessary in order to fill registration orders, however, I don't collect or store information that can be used to personally identify visitors to my website, without their consent.

Personal data is information that can be used directly or indirectly to identify an individual. Personal data include information like name, address, telephone number and email address. Information that does not have any relation to your real personality (like the number of times you visit my site) do not have the meaning of personal data.

This privacy policy applies to my website and all my programs.

My website contains links to other websites that are governed by their own privacy statements, and I am not responsible for their operations, including their privacy policies. Users submitting information to or through these websites should review the privacy statement of these websites before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Data collection

You can access my website's home page and browse the website without disclosing personal data. I collect and store your personal data only if you register for one of my programs; note that I don't receive your credit card number, from ShareIt.

If you send me emails, I may store the information.

I do not collect any other data about you aside from information automatically logged by my hosting service. This information is not used to identify you personally.

I may disclose non-personally identifiable information to advertisers on my website.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you refuse the cookies, you may still use my website, but you may be limited in the usage of certain special features (like saving the last reading position in SexualEducation).

No personal data is stored in cookies.

Protection of children

Some of my works are not appropriate for children under the age of 14. I don't collect information which could allow me to identify the age of my visitors.

If you register for one of my programs, or you choose so, you will receive a newsletter from me, with information about my website and my programs.

I do not send any kind of information regarding anything else than my website and my programs. Emails are plain-text and don't have any files attached. Do not open any attachment of emails that seem to come from me!

I provide you the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving the newsletter. For opt-in, the only required information is your email address.

You may remove yourself from the mailing list by following the instructions contained in every newsletter. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive the newsletter, unless you opt-in again.

Sharing information

I don't share personal data about you with anyone. If you register through ShareIt for any of my programs, also check their privacy policy.

I will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with anyone, unless:

I have your consent to share the information.
I respond to court orders. If I am asked to give your personal information to a law enforcement agency, I will notify you first.
I believe that your actions made using my site and programs violate applicable laws, or any usage guidelines for my services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of my visitors or users of my programs, or of other people.

Update your personal information

If you want to change the information collected during the registration process, you can contact me. However, if you want to change the information stored by ShareIt, you have to contact them.

Notification of changes

If I will significantly change the privacy policy, I will post a note on the front page.
