The development of all programs has been frozen. All programs are open source, if you want to change anything to them.

Most likely, you'll only receive an answer if it's necessary, like if you have a question.

I do not put links on my website for reciprocal linking! You will not receive an answer for such a request.

At this time, I will also decline all proposals for (paid) advertising on my website.

I do not send any kind of information regarding anything other than my website and my programs. Emails are plain-text and don't have any files attached. Do not open any attachment of emails that seem to come from me!

General troubleshooting

The minimum hardware requirements for all programs are normal:

• Operating system: Windows98 / Me / 2000 / XP / Vista.

• Mouse. A keyboard may be necessary in some cases.

• 800 * 600 pixels display resolution.

• Intel Pentium, AMD 586 microprocessor.

• 64 MB of RAM.

• A few MB on the hard-disk.

When you install a new version of a program, be sure to first close any running instances of that program. If you don't, you'll either receive an error or the new installation program won't even start.

If you can't start a program anymore, then delete the options file and try to start it again. If this doesn't work, try to reinstall the program.

If you find an error in a program and you want to report it to me, please provide the following information:

• An exact description of the error and how can it be reproduced.

• The name of the program (and its version) you have used while the error occurred.

• Operating system version.

• The content of the "Error" dialog, if there is any.

Website

The website works in the major browsers (InternetExplorer, Mozilla / Firefox / Netscape, Opera).

There are very few features which use JavaScript, but there is no other active content. These scripts have been written only for InternetExplorer, so they may not always work with other browsers.
