What is the future of AxiomaticId?

In the future, AxiomaticIdManager will run on dedicated devices, where the executed code can't be modified, which could not even be connected to communication networks.

AxiomaticId is mainly centered around disconnected / offline authentication. CardSpace is mainly centered around online access. While CardSpace offers maximum comfort for users, AxomaticId offers maximum security because it is designed to work in hardware isolation.

What in CardSpace is defined as an identity, in AxiomaticId is defined as a certification.
